2. Use of the Service
VIOMX SMM provides AI-powered social media automation tools. You are responsible for all content published through your connected accounts. You must not use the platform to distribute spam, illegal content, or violate platform terms of service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
AI-generated content produced using your prompts and brand data belongs to you. VIOMX retains ownership of the platform, models, and underlying infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
VIOMX SMM is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including social media account suspensions.
