We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details), information from connected social accounts (via OAuth — no passwords stored), and usage data to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the VIOMX SMM service, process payments, send transactional emails, and generate AI content on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on servers within the EU/US with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. We undergo regular security audits.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payments, OpenAI/Anthropic/DeepSeek for AI generation, and social platform APIs. Each is subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@viomx.ai. GDPR and CCPA rights are fully supported.
